Service Levels & Management Options.

  • Secure Backup & Archiving scenarios are set-up based on three standardized Service Levels – taking into account the characteristics of the data involved.
  • The Backup & Archiving environment is managed by SJ-Solutions or by yourselves with the support of SJ-Solutions. SJ-Solutions can also provide upfront training for your systems managers.
  • Response times for Changes, Incidents and Problems are aligned with your SLA's.
  • The pricing model is based on the primary data volume (frontend data); we agree on the retention time per data set and the data is stored on the relevant storage Tier. We agree about the borders of the archiving volume in total.
  • Data can be kept within the country of the Green Cloud Alliance member; for specific Public, Healthcare and similar companies this is an important pre-requisite to bring data
    off-premises.
